ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOP. THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA/AEOLIAN YACHT CLUB SHORELINE
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS, Specifications and Plans have been pre-
pared for the City of Alameda/Aeolian Yacht Club Shore-
line Development Project, No. P.W. 3-83-5 and filed in
the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 1983.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Specifications be, and
the same are hereby approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour
of 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday; April 12, 1983, for
furnishing to the City all labor, materials, machinery,
tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove
referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and
Plans. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk in
the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover
and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for City
of Alameda/Aeolian Yacht Club Shoreline Development
Project, No. P.W. 3-83-5", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded will be awarded subject to
the provisions of the Charter of the City of Alameda,
to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and
best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all
bids.
Said Specifications may be had by any prospect-
ive bidder on application to the Director of Public
Works, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, Calif-
ornia.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise,
in the Alameda Times--Star, a notice ailing for sealed
bids, in accordance with the provisions of this re-
solution and of said Specifications and Plans.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of March, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
