APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2938 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTH OF BUENA VISTA AVENUE BETWEEN GRAND
STREET AND SHERMAN STREET, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ENCINAL INDUSTRIES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Encinal Industries, Incorporated, a California
corporation, owner and subdivider herein, has presented to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for a division of property
located north of Buena Vista Avenue between Grand Street and
Sherman Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2938, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to owner to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolu-
tion No. 1326 passed on April 11, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel
Map No. 2938 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of May, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT:None.
