AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JOHN S. NORTH
FOR PERSONAL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with John S. North, by which he will
provide assistance to the City's Engineering Department in the
implementation and processing of plans, calculations, and improve-
ments for subdivisions in the Harbor Bay Isle Project, and other
engineering services as directed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of June, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna,,Lucas, Monsef and
President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
