Resolution 10061CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10061 APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5121, A SUBDIVISION OF CITY-OWNED TIDELANDS ALONG SAN LEANDRO BASIN, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS WHEREAS, the City of Alameda, subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract 5121, a subdivision of City-owned tidelands along San Leandro Basin into forty•eight lots for lease to adjacent property owners and three common access lots which are a technical requirement of the State Map Act to provide access from a public street to all lots in a subdivision; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 5121, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the conditions and based upon the findings contained in City of Alameda Planning Board resolution No. 1329 adopted on April 25, 1983, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 5121 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11--3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in an Adjourned Regular Meeting assembled on June 10, 1983, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
