AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF A CONTRACT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH MICHAEL VISCONTI
AND ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE FURTHER ASSISTANCE
ON THE ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE UDAG APPLICATION
WHEREAS, The City of Alameda is eligible to apply for
and receive Urban Development Action Grant funds from the
U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, The City of Alameda has applied for UDAG
funds on behalf of Alameda Marina Village Associates; and
WHEREAS, said application is in need of substantial
revision in order to qualify for an award decision in the
current round by June 30, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates have
agreed to reimburse the City of Alameda for consulting costs
of amending the application for fixed fee of 511,792.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the contract with Michael Visconti
and Associates dated July 20, 1982, be amended to include the
work items listed on the attached document titled, "Amendment
A - Michael Visconti and Associates" to be done for a fixed
fee of $11,792.00

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in an Adjourned Regular Meeting assembled on June 10, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament s 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
