CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10092
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH LYNN BOWERS &
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE ENGINEERING OF PEASE AVENUE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1982--2
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1982, this Council declared its
Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements -- Pease Avenue
Assessment District, Local Improvement District 1982-2 and
determined to undertake the proceedings pursuant to Special
Assessment and. Assessment Bond Acts; and
WHEREAS, in response to the City's request Lynn Bowers
& Associates, Inc. submitted its proposal to prepare plans and
specifications and to accomplish the assessment engineering
services for the project; and
WHEREAS, a proposed Engineering Services Agreement has
been submitted to this Council and the Council is fully informed
and aware of the terms and conditions thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
Engineering Services Agreement referred to above by and between
Lynn Bowers & Associates, Inc. and the City of Alameda, for
its services in connection with the Engineering of Pease Avenue
Assessment District, Local Improvement District 1982-2. The
City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of July, 1983,
by the fOTlOWing vote to wit:
