APPOINTING PAMELA K. MACKENZIE A COAL�IISSIONER
OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California and Section 2 -362 of the
Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
PAMELA K. MACKENZIE is hereby appointed a Commissioner of
the Housing Commission of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing May 15, 1983, and expiring May 15, 1987, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of July, 1983, by the
following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diamment - 4.
NOES: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
ABSENT: None.
