APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4005 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARK STREET AND CENTRAL AVENUE,
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(JOHN L. LINEWEAVER, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, John L. Lineweaver, owner and subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division
of property to create two lots at 1359 --1363 Park Street and 2320
Central Avenue, and known as Parcel Map No. 4005; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon portions of
Central Avenue and Park Street dedicated to the public for
public streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 4005, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions in City of Alameda
Planning Board Resolution No. 1347, passed on July 11, 1983;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those portions of Central
Avenue and Park Street as dedicated upon and embraced within
the exterior boundary lines of the map dedicated to the public
for the uses and purposes of public streets are hereby accepted,
on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms
of the offer of dedication; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 4005 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of August, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
