Resolution 10121"� RESOLUTION NO. 10I21 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TRANSFER AGENT, REGISTRAR AND PAYING AGENT (BANK OF AMERICA) HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 83-1 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 10087 adopted by this Council on June 21, 1983, this Council has undertaken special assessment proceedings designated Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 83-1' , WHEREAS, under said proceedings this Council intends to authorize the issuance of special assessment bonds pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division 10 of the California Streets and Highways Code; WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience will be served by appointing and employing a Transfer Agent, Registrar and Paying Agent for purposes of paying principal and interest on said bonds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, at its corporate agency division, San Francisco, California, is appointed and employed as Transfer Agent, Registrar and Paying Agent with respect to the assessment bonds to be issued in these proceedings. 2. The City Manager of this City is authorized and directed to execute On behalf of this City an agreement to employ said Transfer Agent, Registrar and Paying Agent with respect to said proceedings. **************** I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of August, 1983, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
