AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
AND JONES HALL HILL & WHITE FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City of Alameda, an agreement with Jones Hall Hill &
White, a Professional Law Corporation, for its services in
connection with the issuance of short-term tax and/or revenue
anticipation notes pursuant to Sections 53850 et seq. of the
California Government Code, said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that heretofore placed in the office of the City
Clerk and marked, "Filed, August 16, 1983."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the. City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
seal of said City this 17th day of August, 1983.
