AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH EAST BAY
MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT FOR WATER MAIN AND FIRE
HYDRANTS TO SERVE HARBOR BAY PARKWAY ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the extension of Harbor
Bay Parkway, Phase II, Assessment District 83-1, the East Bay
Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) will be providing materials,
design and inspection for the "applicant installed" water mains
and requires that the City enter into an agreement for said
services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with EBMUD for water mains
and fire hydrants for the Harbor Bay Parkway extension, Phase
II, Assessment District 83-1.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
seal of said City this 17th day of August, 1983.
