AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF GAS MAIN
AND OTHER GAS APPLIANCES IN HARBOR BAY PARKWAY
EXTENSION - ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the extension of Harbor
Bay Parkway Pacific Gas and Electric Company will be installing
a gas main and other gas appliances; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to provide for said work has been
submitted to the City and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company for the installation of gas mains and other gas
appliances to serve Harbor Bay Parkway Extension, Assessment
District 83-1.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
