AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF HARBOR
BAY PARKWAY EXTENSION - ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1983, this Council established
Assessment District 83-1 which provides for the extension of
Harbor Bay Parkway; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
Harbor Bay Isle Associates provide the administration and co-
ordination of the construction work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and hereby
are, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with Harbor Bay Isle Associates
which allows for construction coordination and management of
Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase II, Assessment District No. 83-1.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the. City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
