CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO,
10132
FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING A TAX ON ALL REAL AND
PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1983-1984 FOR LIBRARY FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
a tax of .0175% is hereby fixed and levied for the fiscal year
1983-1984 on all taxable property within the corporate limits
of the City of Alameda, and the tax so levied and the money arising
therefrom, when collected, shall be apportioned to the Library
Fund,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
