CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10135
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM OPERATING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY AND SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK
WHEREAS, The City of Alameda has allocated Community

Development Block Grant funds for the purpose of providing
financial assistance for housing rehabilitation activities;

WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant regulations
permit the lump sum drawdown of said funds to establish a
Rehabilitation Fund^ , and
WHEREAS, the City has executed an Operating Agreement
with Security Pacific National Bank stipulating conditions
for the use and disbursement of said fUDdS' , and
WHEREAS, recent regulations by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development make it neces-
sary to amend said Agreement to limit the Agreement to two
(2) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to
execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City,
an amendment to that certain Rehabilitation Loan Program Operat-
ing Agreement dated December 17, 1980 and as amended June 15,
1983, between the City and Security Pacific National Bank, said
amendment to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and providing for the release of funds
for Locality Direct Loans.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of August, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
