AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO UNITED CABLE TELEVISION
OF ALAMEDA, INC. FOR CABLE TV ACROSS THE SAN LEANDRO
CHANNEL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City of Alameda does hereby grant to United Cable Television
of Alameda, Inc. an easement, for a period not to exceed 364
days, in, over, under and along a strip of land in the City of
Alameda and located under the San Leandro Channel, for the purpose
of installing television cable, with all necessary appliances,
fixtures, protective devices and their appurtenances necessary
for use in connection with said cable, the precise point of said
easement to be decided upon and approved by the City Engineer
of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
each hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest
to, respectively, on behalf of the City of Alameda, a grant of
said easement.

duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in reoular meetino assembled on the 20th of September, 1983, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, N,onsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Gorman - 1.
