Resolution 10180CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10180 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT, BETWEEN THE CITY, THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF BOATING AND WATERWAYS AND THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME IN CONNECTION WITH THE ALAMEDA PUBLIC ACCESS PROJECT (ALAMEDA BOAT RAMP FISHING FACILITY - ENCINAL) WHEREAS, on April 3, 1978, the City and the California De- partment of Boating and Waterways (DBAW) and the California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) entered into a Cooperative Agreement for Development of the Small Boat Ramp and Fishing Breakwater (Encinal); and WHEREAS, the Boating and Waterways Commission has approved a Supplemental Local Assistance Grant to the City which necessitates an amendment to the Cooperative Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Second Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement for Development, Alameda Public Access Project, entered into on April 3, 1978, between the DBAW, the DFG and the City of Alameda, which provides for payment by the State of the supplemental grant of $125,000, extends the project area to provide an additional $75,000 payment from the Department of Fish and Game to cover costs of work completed and previously requested and extends the date of acceptance to May 1, 1986, is hereby approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest to, respectively, said Amendment on behalf of the City. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of October, 1983, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President 13-lament - 5.
