AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH FLOYD H. HYDE
ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO FEDERAL LIAISON
WHEREAS, this Council on November 2, 1982, approved the
selection of Floyd H. Hyde Associates as the City's representa-
tive in Washington, D.C.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Floyd H. Hyde Associates, Inc. for
federal liaison and technical assistance services, all as crovided
for in that certain form of agreement filed in the office of the
City Clerk on October 18, 1983.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular adjourned meeting assembled on the
20th day of October, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President
Diament - 5
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
