AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH MARK KAISER
FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING
TO HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECTS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Mark Kaiser, by which he will
provide assistance to the City Engineering Department in the
implementation and processing of plans, calculations and
improvements for subdivisions in the Harbor Bay Isle Project,
and other engineering services as directed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of
November, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President
Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
