AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO. 3598 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY AT 1617 SIXTH STREET BY TOSHIO AND
HATSUKO MITSUDA)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a Parcel
Map, designated Parcel Map No. 3598, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a division for condominium
purposes of property located at 1617 Sixth Street, Toshio and
Hatsuko Mitsuda, subdividers; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned
upon the subdividers constructina and completing certain public
improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have
said work performed in accordance therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion
of the improvements in the condominium subdivision of property
at 1617 Sixth Street, designated as Parcel Map No. 3598, with
\ Toshio and Hatsuko Mitsuda, be and the same hereby is approved
and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, and

the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the City;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $5,000,
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said agreement,
is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of
November, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President
Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
