APPOINTING ARCHIE WATERBURY AND JANE FELKER, MEMBER
AND ALTERNATE RESPECTIVELY, TO THE BAY AREA LIBRARY
AND INFORMATION SYSTEM LAY ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to the requirements of the California Library Services
Act of 1977, and upon nomination of the Library Board of the City
of Alameda, ARCHIE WATERBURY and JANE FELKER are hereby appointed,
member and alternate respectively, to the Bay Area Library and
Information System (BALIS) Lay Advisory Board for a two-year term
commencing September 1, 1983.

City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of
