ORDERING FILING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT FOR HARBOR
BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981 -1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, on January 19, 1982, this Council authorized the
creation of Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 1981 -1;
and
WHEREAS, the Assessment District includes various parcels
one of which is Parcel No. 2 -2; and
WHEREAS, Section 8740, et seq. of the California Streets
and Highways Code, provides that assessments may be reapportioned
to correspond with changes in the ownership of the parcels; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the assessment parcel, previously
accepted by Parcel Map 4121, have duly filed a request to divide
Parcel 2 -2 into two parcels, to be known as 3 -1 and 3 -2; and
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity
require the amended assessment hereinafter ordered;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the amended
assessments described above for Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment
District 1981 -1 be filed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of
December, 1983, by the following vote to wit
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
President Diament - 5.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
