AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND
COORDINATION FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 1981-1
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1982, this Council adopted Resolution
No. 9754, authorizing execution of agreement with Harbor Bay Isle
Associates for construction coordination and management of Harbor
Bay Parkway improvements; and

WHEREAS, the agreement was for a period beginning May 1,
1982 through April 30, 1983; that thereafter a six-month extension
was granted from May 1, 1983 through October 31, 1983; and
WHEREAS, construction work is still underway and Harbor
Bay Isle Associates has requested a three-month extension of the
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that an extension of time to and including January 31,
1984, is hereby granted Harbor Bay Isle Associates for completion
of the above mentioned agreement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of
December, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
President Diament - 5.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
