AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS
WITH MIKE YERAKA AND ELIZABETH KEE (ENGINEERING
SERVICES RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, personal services agreements with Mike
Yeraka and Elizabeth Kee, by which they will provide assistance
to the City Engineering Department in the implementation and
processing of plans, calculations and improvements for develop-
ment projects, and other engineering services as directed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of January, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
