AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND PATRICK HASSETT TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE AND
TO ADJUST THE COMPENSATION FOR SAID SERVICES
(ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO HARBOR BAY ISLE
PROJECTS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute,
and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amend-
ment to that certain Personal Services Agreement between the
City and Patrick Hassett, said amendment to be substantially
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk
and marked "Filed January 3, 1984," and providing for an increase
in the monthly compensation for said personal services and
extending the expiration date of said agreement to June 30,
1985.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of January, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
