APPOINTING EDWARD K. EARLE A COMMISSIONER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California, and particularly Sections 34270
and 34272 thereof, EDWARD K. EARLE is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda,
as the senior tenant member of said Authority, for a term
commencing January 1, 1984, and expiring December 31, 1985,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of January, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
