CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10239
AUTHORIZING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH AC TRANSIT FOR
BUS SHELTER AT INTERSECTION OF SANTA CLARA AVENUE
AND ST. CHARLES STREET NEAR THE MASTICK SENIOR CENTER
BE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Alameda-
Contra Costa Transit District, which provides for the installation
and maintenance of a bus shop shelter on the north sidewalk of
Santa Clara Avenue, east of St. Charles Street, said Agreement
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, February 7, 1984."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of February, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
