CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10250
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE RECREATION COMMISSION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to Sections 2 -311 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, FREDERICK W. LEITZ, JR.
is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Recreation
Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of
Paul R. Kapler, resigned, for a term expiring on September 30, 1985,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of February, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Monsef - 1.
