AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT AMONG CHOR LEE AND
WON LEE, THE McKEE'S AND THE CITY, RELATING TO THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE REFRESHMENT CONCESSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed Agreement among the City of Alameda,
Chor Lee and Won Lee (Concessionaire) and Arthur McKee, Theresa
McKee, Michael McKee, Mark McKee and John McKee (McKee's), which
provides that in the event Concessionaire should default under
the terms of a Security Agreement with McKee's, the City shall
terminate the Concession Agreement and permit McKee's to reenter
under the same terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement
for a period not to exceed six (6) months or until City has secured
a new Concessionaire who will assume said Security Agreement,
whichever comes first, said Agreement to be substantially in the
form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed, March 6, 1984."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of March, 1984
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
