AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND
COORDINATION FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1983, this Council adopted Resolution
No. 10131 authorizing execution of an agreement with Harbor Bay
Isle Associates for contract administration and coordination for
Harbor Bay Parkway Assessment District 83-1, said agreement provid-
ing for compensation through January, 1984; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated an additional three months will
be required to complete the project improvements; and
WHEREAS, a proposed amendment to the Agreement has been
submitted to this Council and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the terms thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
amendment to the Assessment District 83-1 Agreement referred to
above by and between Harbor Bay Isle Associates and the City of
Alameda to provide for compensation for the extension of time
required to complete the project. The City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of March, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
