NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the proposal of The Warner Group is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute,
>. for and on behalf of the City, an agreement with The Warner Group
for its consulting services relating to the development of an
Electronic Data Processing Master Plan. The City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same.

AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH WARNER GROUP FOR ANALYSIS
OF ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, it has become necessary that the City develop
an electronic data processing Master Plan to address present and
future needs; and
WHEREAS, The Warner Group, Management Consultants, has
submitted its Proposal to Develop an Information Systems Master
Plan for the City of Alameda, dated January 4, 1984; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda
that an agreement be entered into with The Warner Group for its
consulting services in developing said Master Plan;
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of March, 1984
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas and President'Diament — 4.
NOES: Councilmember Monsef - 1.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
