A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES WITH CRAIG PARK ASSOCIATES FOR PHASE II OF
THE WEBSTER STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAN

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby approves of entering
into an agreement for landscape architectural services with
Craig Park Associates;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and hereby
is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized to attest same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the lith of April, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
