A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention No. 10248, adopted by this Council
On February 21, 1984, was $5,145,438;
WHEREAS, following the opening of the bid for the sale of the bonds,
said estimate may be reduced to $5,050,428;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment is hereby
? reduced from $5,145,438 to $5,050,428 and that the individual assessment shall
accordingly.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 13th of April, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
