APPOINTING VINCENT G. MALONEY AS A MEMBER
OF THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions cf Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 1079 New Series, as amended bv Ordinance No. 1085 New Series,
of the City of Alameda, the election of VINCENT G. MALONEY by
the membership of the Fire Department is approved, and he is
hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board
of the City of Alameda for the term commencing on January 1,
1984, and expiring December 31, 1986, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of April, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
