APPOINTING JOHN M. STEWART A MEMBER
OF THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 204 of the Uniform Building
Code, JOHN M. STEWART is hereby appointed a member of the Building
Code Board. of Appeals, to hold such office at the pleasure of
the City Council.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly- adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of May 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
