Resolution 10323CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10323 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PORT OF OAKLAND RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION OF HARBOR BAY PARKWAY WIDENING WHEREAS, the Harbor Bay Parkway widening project, with its eastern limits along the boundary line between the Port of Oakland and the City of Alameda, requires a certain amount of intercity ccordination; and WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the City of Oakland, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, setting forth terms and conditions for the removal and reinstallation of security fences and gates, filling of low area on Port property and storm drainage, has been submitted to this Council; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said agreement be entered into, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain agreement referred to above by and between the Port of Oakland and the City of Alameda relative to the widening of Harbor Bay Parkway. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of May, 1984, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
