AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH TJKM TRANS-
PORTATION CONSULTANTS TO PERFORM A COMPREHENSIVE
TRAFFIC ENGINEERING STUDY
WHEREAS a proposed agreement with TMKM Transportation
Consultants to perform a Comprehensive Traffic Engineering
Study has been submitted to this Council and the Council is fully
informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager of the City of Alameda is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between TJKM
Transportation Consultants and the City of Alameda, for its
services relating to a Comprehensive Traffic Engineering Study.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of May, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Gorman and Lucas.
