AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-1 CONTRACT
ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1984, this Council established
Assessment District 84-1 for acquisition and improvements in
Harbor Bay Business Park; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
Harbor Bay Isle Associates provide the administration and co-
ordination of the construction work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and hereby are,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City of Alameda, an agreement with Harbor Bay Isle
Associates which allows for construction coordination and manage-
ment of Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 84-1.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of May, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Gorman and Lucas.
