CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.
10347
AMENDING THE 1983-84 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 10125 adopted on August
2, 1983, this Council approved and adopted a budget for the City
of Alameda for the fiscal year 1983-84; and
WHEREAS, in order to reflect the costs of negotiated labor
settlements during the current fiscal year, to cover increased
costs of City services in support of Tideland Trust areas and
to conform to the Cable TV Agreement, it is necessary to amend
the 1983-84 budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the budget for the City of Alameda for the fiscal
year 1983-1984 is hereby amended as follows;
1. $197,076 shall be transferred from the Workers'
Compensation Self-Insurance Fund to the General
Fund;
2. $50,000 shall be transferred from the Tideland
Revenues Fund to the General Fund;
3. $70,000 shall be transferred from the General Fund
revenue appropriations in the Cable TV franchise
account to the same revenue account in the Local
Access Fund.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 7th day of June, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers .Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES:
None.
ABSENT: None.
