CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO 10351
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
CITY OF ALAMEDA
ISLAND CITY LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING
DISTRICT 84-2
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, California, that-
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings for
the formation of an assessment district pursuant to the provisions of
the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 for the construction or
installation of improvements, including the maintenance or servicing, or
both, thereof; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be served
by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and conduct
said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT, San
Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do
and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said
proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed at
$3,000.00.
