AWARDING CONTRACT TO BEPCO, INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF
HOUSE LATERALS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1985,
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for Installation of House
Laterals for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1985 in accordance
with Specifications No. P.W. 5--84-14, approved May 15, 1984; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was sub-
mitted by Bepco, Inc. agreeing to perform said work in accordance
with said Specifications; and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its proposal
is the lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the bid of Bepco, Inc. is hereby accepted, the
t4. contract for Installation of House Laterals for the Fiscal year

, ending June 30, 1985 is hereby awarded to said bidder, and the

Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest,

said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 26th day of June, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
