AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JTA INC.
ENGINEERS-PLANNERS, FOR CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING FOR
HARBOR BAY PARKWAY WIDENING, DOOLITTLE DRIVE TO
MAITLAND DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City, a professional services agreement with JTA, INC.,
Engineers-Planners, for construction surveying for the Harbor Bay
Parkway widening project, Doolittle Drive to Maitland Dirve, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore
filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 26, 1984.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 26th day of June, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
