AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL
SCIENCE ASSOCIATES OF FOSTER CITY TO PREPARE AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT AND REZONING FOR HARBOR BAY ISLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed Environmental Services Agree-
ment with Environmental Science Associates, Inc, for its services
relating to preparation of an environmental impact report for
a proposed General Plan amendment and rezoning of a westerly
portion of Harbor Bay Business Park and residential Villages
IV and V, Harbor Bay Isle, said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that filed in the office of the City Clerk on
June 26, 1984.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 26th day of June, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
