APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND GAS
TAX BUDGETS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this
Council, at this meeting, a Capital Improvements and Gas Tax
Budget for the fiscal year 1984-1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Capital Improvements Budget in the amount
of $35,697,814 and the Gas Tax Budget in the amount of $852,190,
as submitted to this Council at this meeting, are hereby approved
and adopted as the Capital Improvements and Gas Tax Budget of
the City of Alameda for the fiscal year 1984-1985.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 26th day of June, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counc1members Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
