AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSON1NL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH A CIVIL ENGINEER FOR APPROXIMATELY EIGHTEEN
MONTHS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS
BE _]T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, a personal services agreement with a Civil
Engineer for a period of approximately eighteen (18) months, until
January 1, 1986, at a salary equivalent to Step 2 for Junior Civil
Enaineer, plus 16 percent to compensate for no benefits.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of July,
1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
