AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY TO RELOCATE UNDERGROUND
FACILITIES FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -1, HARBOR BAY
PARKWAY WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the Assessment District 84 -1
Harbor Bay Parkway Widening Project, it is necessary to relocate
12,000 volt primary and secondary underground facilities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City and Pacific Gas and
Electric Company to relocate the underground facilities has been
submitted and the Council is fully informed and aware of the con-
tents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company for the relocation of underground facilities for Assess-
ment District 84 -1, Harbor Bay Parkway Widening Project.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify-that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City_of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of July, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
