ESTABLISHING AN ALAMEDA FIRE DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY
AMBULANCE TRANSPORT FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, a proposed Basic Life Support Emergency Ambulance
Transport Program was approved by this Council on November 15,
1983, to be administered by the Fire Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that upon recommendation of the Fire Chief and the
Emergency Medical Director of said Program, which recommendation
is hereby approved, the following schedule of fees and allowable
charges are hereby adopted as those to be charged for Alameda
Fire Department Emergency Ambulance Transport:
ALAMEDA FIRE DEPARTMENT AMBULANCE FEES
Basic $ 115.00
Emergency - 10.00
Oxygen - 10.00
Mileage 4.00 per mile
I" the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of August, I984,
by the following vote to wit:
