AUTHORIZING REPAYMENT TO ALAMEDA COUNTY TRAINING AND
EMPLOYMENT BOARD OF COSTS DISALLOWED BY DEPARTMENT OF
LABOR AUDIT OF FISCAL YEAR 1981 C.E.T.A. PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1984, the Grant Office of the U.S.
Department of Labor issued a final determination in connection
with the fiscal year 1981 audit of the Alameda County Training
and Employment Board (ACTEB); and
WHEREAS, said determination disallowed the sum of $728
advanced for C.E.T.A. programs of the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby approves the payment of $728
to ACTEB to clear the fiscal year 1981 account of the City of
Alameda in accordance with the final determination of the U.S.
Department of Labor, said funds to be appropriated from the City
Manager's Contingency Fund.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed h« the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled - on the 7th of August, I984,
by the following vote to wit:
