RESOLUTION NO. 10419
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTION EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES WITH JONES HALL HILL & WHITE,
A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION AND APPOINTING
RAUSCHER PIERCE REFSNES, INC. TO ACT AS UNDERWRITER
WITH RESPECT TO TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda (the "City ") is considering undertaking
certain proceedings for the issuance of tax and revenue anticipation notes for
fiscal year 1984 -85, and it is desirable to employ bond counsel and appoint an
underwriting firm in connection therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Alameda, as follows:
1. That certain agreement by and between the City and Jones Hall Hill
& White, A Professional Law Corporation, for bond counsel services in
connection with said tax and revenue anticipation note financing proceedings,
a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby authorized. The
appropriate officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed in the
name and on behalf of the City to execute said agreement.
2. Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., is hereby appointed to act as
underwriter with respect to said financing.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1984, by the following
called vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of August, 1984,
