RESOLUTION NO. 10420
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10405,
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10405, A Resolution A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
MAKE ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS, was adopted by this Council on
August 7, 1984;
WHEREAS, adoption of said resolution was premature;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said Resolution No. 10405 be, and it
is hereby, rescinded and shall be of no force and effect.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of August, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
